Secure Online Ordering
Ordering our appliance parts and supplies
online is safe and easy. Simply shop our website, and add the products you want to your cart.
If you are unsure whether a part fits your specific model, please
contact us
with your complete model
number and we can look it up for you.
When
you are finished shopping and ready to checkout, click the SECURE CHECKOUT button at
the bottom of your
PayPal Shopping Cart, and
their secure server will take your billing and shipping information. That's all there is to it!
Viewing Your Cart
We use a secure online shopping cart system.
This allows you to select a product, place it in
the cart, and then continue shopping our website to select other or additional products.
You can remove any product from the cart at anytime. If you want to see what is currently
in your shopping cart, click the icon or
click here.
Processing Your Payment
We employ PayPal.com as our secure online credit card payment processor.

Shipping Policy
For your convenience, all orders are shipped within one business day of payment. In the rare event that an item becomes
backordered, we will let you know via email. We use USPS Priority shipping with delivery confirmation for most items. Lighter items are marked as such and will go USPS First Class.
We also use Fedex Ground and UPS ground for heavier items. Our shipping partners will email you a confirmation and
tracking information (if available) when shipping takes place.
Shipping rates listed are for the contiguous 48 United States. Free Shipping and UPS Ground shipments qualify only to orders within the contiguous 48 United States.
We are currently not shipping internationally, with the exception of bulk orders. Please contact us for bulk order pricing and shipping rates.
Order Tracking
For your convenience, you will receive an email with delivery information from our shipping partners, allowing you to
electronically track your shipment. Be aware that on some USPS Priority packages the status will show as "incomplete"
until actual delivery takes place. This is normal. Call or email our customer service office for additional
information.
Product Returns
In order to keep our prices the lowest on the internet, we are very strict about returns. If you do not agree with our policies, please DO NOT BUY from us. In general, we are not in business selling repair parts to "try out" and see if they fix your problem. You should never purchase repair parts unless you have properly identified and diagnosed a faulty part. We are very fair, and if we make a mistake (For example: we send you the wrong part or give you the wrong part number for the model you provided us) we will go 200% out of our way to fix it and make it right. We will send you the correct part and we will pay for return shipping on the incorrect part both ways. If, however, you order the wrong part or you install a part and it does not solve your problem, we will NOT take it back. Once you install a part, it's yours, no exceptions. If you REFUSE delivery of a part or a part is sent back to us marked as "refused" delivery, we will treat it as an unauthorized return and credit may not be issued. If credit is issued, delivery charges and re-stocking charges will be deducted from the credit amount. If you feel that the part you purchased is "defective" our technicians will ask for proof of failure, since that is what the manufacturer requires for a warranty replacement. A simple "it does not work", will not suffice, we need to know exactly what component or part of the component failed. We may ask that you send us some documentation of the failure, and then we will send you a new part free of charge. You will not need to return the failed part. But if you CANNOT provide this evidence, we will not do a warranty exchange or refund for you. You must call us if you wish to return something, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Our phone number is 1-786-523-3247, 10-6 EST M-F. This code is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We will not process your return without this code!
