What shipping services do you use?
-- Most items go USPS Priority. Smaller items go USPS First Class. Larger items and quantity purchases will usually go Fedex Ground. More info can be found in our Customer Service page.

Where do you ship from?
-- All our items are shipped from Miami, Florida, USA. For wholesale orders we sometimes ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor.

How fast do you ship?
-- We ship daily, including Saturdays but not Sundays or Holidays. Except in very limited cases, most orders ship same day (if purchased before 10 AM EST) or next working day.

-- We accept all major credit cards, cashier's checks, money orders, and Paypal. We use Paypal to clear most of our credit card transactions.

What is your return policy?
-- Our return policy is stated in our Customer Service page. If you are unsure you purchased the correct part DO NOT install it. We accept returns but the part must not have been installed.

Can I order over the phone?
-- Our hours are 10AM to 6PM EST Monday-Friday. Call us at 786-523-3247 and one of our associates will be glad to take your order over the phone. For liability reasons, we do not offer technical assistance over the phone.

How do I know when my item shipped?
-- As soon as your package ships out (usually within 24 hours of purchase) an email is sent to your email address with this information... please be sure and check your junk email folders... thanks!

Do your offer quantity or wholesale discounts?
--Yes! Please call our Customer Service number with your needs, or use the contact form. Florida companies will need to supply a resale certificate to us so tax won't be charged.
